Thompson Hine LLP is pleased to announce that <strong><a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/pogula-naveen" target="_self" rel="noopener">Naveen Pogula</a></strong>&nbsp;has joined the firm as a partner in its&nbsp;<strong><a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/services/corporate-transactions-amp-securities" target="_self" rel="noopener">Corporate Transactions &amp; Securities</a>&nbsp;</strong>practice in Atlanta. He joins the firm from Morris, Manning &amp; Martin, LLP.

Pogula focuses his practice on advising public companies on corporate governance and securities matters, with an emphasis on compliance with SEC registration and periodic reporting requirements and NYSE and Nasdaq exchange listing rules. He has significant experience in capital markets and financing transactions, including representation of issuers, underwriters and investors. Pogula also advises buyers, sellers and investors on structuring and executing mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and other strategic business combinations.

Pogula has 14 years of experience. He worked at Shearman &amp; Sterling before Morris, Manning &amp; Martin, and has worked at offices located in New York, Singapore, London and Hong Kong.

“Thompson Hine is the right fit for my practice with its comprehensive offerings for both private and public companies,” Pogula said of his move. “The firm is well-known for its middle market corporate practice, and I am looking forward to serving as a trusted advisor and legal counsel to those clients and becoming part of the growth of the firm’s Southeast presence.”

Pogula also pointed to the Thompson Hine’s focus on continual innovation and its service delivery platform, including robust proprietary budgeting and reporting tools, which offer clients predictability, efficiency and transparency.

Pogula received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, and his B.B.A. from the University of Georgia. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York.
