This CLE webinar will allow participants to learn more about employee privacy rights in the workplace, understand regulatory requirements, and gain practical tips to help manage employee expectations and maintain a productive workplace. Privacy considerations will include access and protection of HR information, employee privacy rights under the CPRA and other state laws, health privacy in the workplace, biometric privacy, data security requirements, communication monitoring, location monitoring, and more. Participants will learn the risks and benefits of the technology available in the modern workplace and what steps must be taken to minimize exposure and maximize company benefit.
