COVID-19-Related Leave Law and Other Changes:

OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard is back on after the Sixth Circuit lifted the stay put in place by the Fifth Circuit. While the Supreme Court has been asked to weigh in, it appears that the ETS will be in effect on January 10.
