She serves as the Director of Regulatory Law and Government Affairs at Owens Corning, bringing two decades of experience in environmental, health, safety and sustainability. She develops and implements company policies to maintain compliance with environmental laws and uphold rigorous health and safety standards. Additionally, she leads sustainability programs aimed at achieving organizational goals and aligning with international reporting frameworks. Mindy also manages Owens Corning’s government affairs initiatives, fostering strategic relationships with policymakers and regulatory agencies to support the company's growth objectives.
