Session 5: Trade Remedies – AD/CVD, EAPA & Section 337
In this session, Michelle Li and Scott Diamond* will delve into the critical aspects of trade remedies and enforcement, including unfair competition from dumping and subsidies (AD/CVD investigations), duty circumvention, the Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA), import surges and unfair imports regarding intellectual property rights (Section 337 investigations).
