Abigail is an associate in the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. She focuses her practice on advising clients in the investment management industry, with a concentration on regulatory and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Abigail interned for a year in the legal department of a publicly traded paint and coating manufacturing company, where she assisted attorneys with domestic and international projects in a variety of areas, including commercial contracts, corporate governance and securities. Abigail also served as a summer associate with Thompson Hine in 2022 and completed a legal externship with a manufacturer of commercial cleaning supplies the following year.
