Ashley is an associate in the Environmental practice group. She focuses on a broad range of environmental matters, including federal and state regulatory compliance involving due diligence, permitting and enforcement. Ashley advises on environmental statutes such as the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, CERCLA/Superfund, RCRA, and TSCA and also assists clients with environmental litigation matters.

While attending law school, Ashley completed a judicial externship with Judge Solomon Oliver of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. She also worked as a legal extern for the Cleveland Metroparks and as a law clerk for the City of Cleveland Law Department. Ashley additionally served as president of her law school’s Environmental Law Society and was vice chair of the moot court team.
