Cassidy is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Her practice focuses on serving real estate developers, investors and managers. She advises clients on commercial real estate matters, including commercial leasing, financing, acquisitions and dispositions of real property. Cassidy has experience with negotiating purchase and sale agreements, managing due diligence reviews of titles, surveys, zoning and coordinating deal closings with sellers, buyers, lenders and title companies.

While attending law school, Cassidy served as a judicial extern for Ohio Supreme Court Justice Michael P. Donnelly. She also worked as a law clerk for Judge John R. Adams of the Northern District of Ohio, a legal intern for the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and a summer associate at Thompson Hine’s Cleveland office in 2020. Cassidy competed in the UCLA Transactional Law Competition and LawMeets 2020 M&A Boot Camp.

Prior to law school, Cassidy attended Ohio University’s Honors Tutorial College, where she competed for four years in Division I track and field athletics and was named to the Academic All-MAC Outdoor and Indoor Track Team.
