Chris counsels and represents private investors, public companies, developers, operators, financial institutions and real estate investment trusts (REITs) in any and all real estate transactions — acquisitions and sales, leasing, developments, partnerships and joint ventures, and lending, borrowing and financing transactions. Chris’s projects include commercial, residential, multifamily, mixed-use, shopping centers, and resort and hospitality properties, and include everything from traditional commercial transactions and financings to foreign investments in U.S. developments in the most prominent metropolitan areas in the country.
While attending law school, Christopher served as a legal extern for Chief Judge Edmund A. Sargus Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also was a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and a legal intern for the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office.
