Dave is a partner in the firm's Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. He focuses his practice on acquisitions/divestitures, corporate governance, securities law compliance and corporate finance.

He works primarily with public and private companies in a variety of manufacturing and service businesses, including companies in the paper and packaging, software, media, public utility, distribution and light manufacturing industries.
