Frank is responsible for managing Thompson Hine’s business operations. He serves as the business adviser to the managing partner and the Executive Committee in the development and execution of the firm’s strategic initiatives. He supports the firm’s practice group leaders and office partners-in-charge and leads the administrative executives who oversee the firm’s operations.

Frank has more than 25 years of executive-level law firm experience. He has a wide range of experience with all aspects of firm operations including finance, human resources management, firm administration, information systems and business development/marketing activities.
