Jordan is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Business Litigation practice groups. Her practice focuses on serving real estate developers, investors and managers. She advises clients on commercial real estate matters, including commercial leasing, financing, acquisitions and dispositions of real property. Jordan also handles commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, financial services litigation and business torts.
Jordan earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University where she was a member of the Division I women’s soccer team. She earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law where she competed on the moot court team. While attending law school, Jordan worked as a legal intern at a New York City based sports firm which represented the interests of college athletes and engaged in various NCAA investigations. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gerald Parker in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. Prior to law school, Jordan served as a legal intern for a firm which focused its practice on elder law.
