Rudi is counsel in the firm’s Labor & Employment group. She focuses her practice on representing her clients in a wide scope of employment claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has extensive experience defending single plaintiff claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination and other labor code violations. She regularly advises employers with complex employment matters and represents employers in mediation, arbitration and litigation.

Her experience also encompasses developing, implementing and auditing employment policies and practices and providing recommendations for risk avoidance.
