Kathryn is counsel in the firm’s Government Contracts group. Her practice includes civil litigation, with a focus on construction law. She counsels and represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in all aspects of construction law involving public and private projects. Kathryn negotiates contracts, advises clients on risk management, and litigates, arbitrates and mediates cases, including breach of contract actions, prompt pay claims, mechanics liens, bond claims, construction defect claims, and other claims arising from the construction industry.
Kathryn utilizes her civil engineering degree from Syracuse University while representing clients in the construction industry, which affords her a unique technical perspective. Throughout her career, Kathryn has developed significant trial experience in both federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
