Kelsey, an associate in the Corporate Transactions &amp; Securities practice, focuses on business counseling, public law, public finance, and mergers and acquisitions. She has advised a broad range of clients, including municipalities, counties and cities, multinational corporations and real estate organizations. Kelsey’s experience encompasses assisting with a variety of corporate documents and agreements, including operating agreements, loan agreements, leases, purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, master services agreements, confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements, and terms and conditions. She also counsels clients on asset sales and business and real estate transactions.

While attending law school, Kelsey was a judicial extern for Judge Susan Paradise Baxter of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She also served as a summer associate for the Texas Innocence Network and a legal intern in NASA’s Office of the Chief Counsel.
