Managing Associate

Krupa is a member of the Business Litigation practice. She represents commercial clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial motions practice, research, discovery, settlement negotiations, trial and appeals. Krupa focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and white-collar criminal, internal investigation and government enforcement matters. Her litigation experience encompasses a broad range of matters, including significant experience in advising clients in the e-cigarette and vaping industry.

Prior to joining the firm, Krupa gained valuable courtroom experience handling a broad range of criminal cases as an assistant county prosecutor. Her experience includes successfully litigating guilty pleas, testimonial motions, and trials as first chair, as well as engaging in plea negotiations. In addition, she successfully litigated appeals, habeas corpus petitions, and post-conviction relief petitions at the state and federal levels. Krupa also served as a law clerk for New Jersey Superior Court Judge Timothy P. Lydon, assisting with motions and petitions, conducting extensive legal analysis, and drafting corresponding opinions and memoranda. In this role, she was trained and certified as a New Jersey state mediator, enabling her to mediate civil cases in the Superior Court Civil Division.
