Mac P.Malone

Mac is an associate in the firm’s Construction group. His practice focuses on construction litigation, representing clients in pre-suit dispute resolution and throughout the litigation process. Mac represents a wide range of actors in the construction industry, including project owners, contractors, architects and engineers. He handles cases involving issues such as defect or delay claims, design negligence and payment disputes. Outside of the construction industry, Mac also has experience litigating cases involving commercial disputes, governmental liability and employment matters.

He brings a wealth of experience garnered from diverse legal roles. He served as an associate attorney at a regional law firm based in Cleveland, Ohio, where he prepared motions and appellate briefs across federal and state courts, conducted depositions and advocated in appellate court proceedings. Additionally, he managed complex discovery processes.
