Marcus is a managing associate in the firm’s Real Estate group where he focuses his practice on a broad range of transactions involving real estate, including the acquisition and disposition of real property, debt and equity financing, zoning and land use planning, joint ventures, business formation and reorganizations.

Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Marcus worked for a regional law firm where he assisted clients with a number of complex legal challenges, including raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, like-kind exchanges, distressed asset sales and loan restructurings.
