Mary Margaret is a senior managing associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. She focuses her practice on corporate mergers and acquisition, private equity and distressed asset acquisitions and sales. In addition to traditional mergers and acquisitions, she has experience assisting private equity and financial institutions in domestic and international sports and entertainment transactions, particularly in the United Kingdom. Her clients range from Fortune 20 Companies to privately held family companies. She advises clients on asset and equity purchase agreements, including strategic acquisitions and private equity sales of portfolio companies, and private equity reorganizations and funding rounds.

Prior to joining the firm, Mary Margaret worked as an associate at an Am Law 50 firm in Atlanta. Her experience also includes having served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Shelly D. Dick with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.
