Mitch is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. His practice focuses on banking and real estate finance. He provides counsel to financial institutions and developers in commercial lending and real estate development transactions. Mitch’s experience also encompasses construction projects supported by low-income housing credits, historic tax credits, and new markets tax credits.
While attending law school, Mitch was a member of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and served as an intern with the Community Development Clinic of the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center.
