Associate

Muna is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation group. Her practice focuses on general complex commercial litigation across several industries, concentrating on contract disputes, land-use, and eminent domain litigation. Muna has experience representing real estate developers and businesses in land-use and zoning disputes before local administrative and legislative bodies, as well as state and federal courts. She also has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust litigation.

Muna also has significant pro bono experience ranging from representing clients in international child abduction proceedings to incarcerated individuals in Section 1983 litigation to children with special needs in the IEP process in public school.

  • Successfully challenged proposed appropriations by various public utilities on behalf of multiple landowners.
  • Obtained a preliminary and permanent injunction enjoining a local municipality from enforcing a coercive water ordinance.
