Nick is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. His practice focuses on banking and real estate finance. He counsels financial institutions in commercial lending and real estate development transactions. His work focuses on construction and renovation projects supported by low income housing tax credits. His experience includes contract drafting and managing due diligence review of title, survey, easements, existing leases, and UCC lien searches and filings while coordinating closing with title companies.
