Rebecca is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group and focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters. She has represented businesses and individuals in a variety of areas, including contract disputes, fiduciary duty litigation, business and general torts litigation, trade secrets litigation, and financial services litigation.
While attending law school, Rebecca served as a legal intern for the University of Notre Dame Community Development Clinic, where she advised local businesses and nonprofits on issues such as entity formation, tax exempt status and other small business matters. She also worked as a legal intern in the Litigation Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General in 2018 and as a summer associate at Thompson Hine’s Cleveland office in 2019. In addition, Rebecca served as a brief writer for the Notre Dame Moot Court Board and was a senior articles editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law.
