Shelbie is a senior managing associate in the Corporate Transactions & Securities group. She has experience with a broad range of corporate transactions involving both public and private companies (many with significant international operations), with consideration ranging from less than $10 million to multiple billions of dollars. Shelbie has experience drafting a variety of corporate documents and agreements, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements, and other general commercial agreements. She also regularly assists with the corporate elements involved in complex real estate transactions.
