Jaewon is an associate in the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. He focuses his practice on a wide variety of corporate matters, including SEC filings and compliance, public and private securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to entering law school, Jaewon was a commissioned officer in the Republic of Korea Navy and served as a member of the logistics command team and a liaison specialist with the Joint U.S. Military Advisory Group (JUSMAG).
