Suzanne is senior counsel in the firm's Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. She focuses her practice primarily on finance, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Suzanne advises private companies on a wide range of matters, including equity and debt financings, private securities offerings, recapitalizations, strategic business counseling, and business formation and organization. She also represents borrowers and lenders (commercial lenders and private funds) in commercial finance transactions (including mezzanine and subdebt transactions).
