Senior Counsel

Bill is senior counsel in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. He focuses his practice on construction and permanent financing, CMBS loans, affordable housing tax credit financings, historic tax credit financings, new markets tax credit financings and mezzanine and subordinate debt.

His experience includes acting as lead legal counsel in representing lending institutions in multi-million-dollar construction loans on projects throughout the United States. He also provides counsel to financial institutions in real estate loan workouts and restructurings.
