Members of our group have demonstrated leadership in their fields. Several partners are or have been on the board of governors of the antitrust section of their state bar association, including one who has served as chair of the board of governors. Additionally, partners from our group have served as committee chairs within the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association, and one has been an officer of the section. Members of our group speak at or participate regularly in programs on antitrust issues before the American Bar Association, their state bar association and other organizations. Partners from our group have also served as federal and state prosecutors. One partner is listed in An International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers and in the Guide to the World’s Leading Competition and Antitrust Lawyers. Group members have addressed The Conference Board’s Council of Chief Legal Officers on trade secret, unfair competition and other issues and The Conference Board on antitrust issues.
