  • Land Resource, LLC (Middle District of Florida). Representation of senior secured lenders in a Section 363 sale of substantially all assets of the debtor, a large multi-state real estate developer.
  • ProCare Automotive Service Solutions LLC (Northern District of Ohio). Representation of the debtor, a multi-state operator of automotive service centers, in a Section 363 sale of substantially all of its assets.
  • Solar Cosmetics Labs, Inc. (Southern District of Florida). Representation of a secured lender in a Section 363 sale of substantially all assets of the debtor, a major cosmetics company.
  • The Gibson-Homans Company (Northern District of Ohio). Representation of the creditors’ committee in a Section 363 sale of substantially all assets of the debtor, a major manufacturer of roof and driveway coatings, wallcovering adhesives, patching compounds, paints, and wallpaper.
  • Shoe Corporation of America, Inc. (Southern District of Ohio). Representation of the debtor, an operator of licensed shoe departments in department stores throughout the United States, in a Section 363 sale of substantially all of its assets.
  • WL Homes LLC (District of Delaware). Representation of a developer in a 363 sale of real estate in bankruptcy of national home builder.
