  • Represented a private pension fund in acquiring an apartment project and marina in Connecticut for approximately $115 million.
  • Represented a public pension fund in acquiring an apartment project in Virginia for approximately $70 million and adding the property to an existing $200 million loan portfolio.
  • Represented an institutional client in acquiring an apartment project in Florida for $136 million.
  • Represented a public pension fund in refinancing eight apartment projects in five states for approximately $172 million.
  • Represented a private REIT in refinancing 13 apartment projects in nine states for more than $400 million.
