Since 2022 when ChatGPT and AI was introduced, companies have been grappling with how to approach this era of AI. In this program, we will discuss the core of a strong AI strategy which should outline rules to follow regarding inputs and outputs. They are key steps each company needs to take to develop a strategy and guidance for employees. Having a strong data governance program, and specifically being detailed with respect to data labeling, data mapping, and data categorizing, will set you up for success when ready to develop your GAI strategy. This program will help in-house counsel develop a strategy, discuss best practices and how to best understand your risks involved with company data.
