Please join us for a complimentary webinar series focusing on the basics of international trade regulations. We will explore the fundamentals and provide practical tips for dealing with day-to-day issues to help both seasoned and beginning compliance professionals refresh their knowledge about the essentials of import, export, and sanctions compliance.

Session 4: Trade Policy

In this session, which follows the November 5 presidential election, Dan Ujczo, David Schwartz and Kerem Bilge will discuss legislative and executive branch actions that can influence and affect bilateral and plurilateral trade relationships, including Forced Labor, USMCA (and other FTAs), BABA, IRA, Section 232 and Section 301.

CLE credit is pending. Upon completion of the attendance verification form, an email will be sent from the ABA containing a link for indicating the specific state(s) where credit is needed. Subsequently, the ABA will issue certificates and report credit upon approval.
