Dominic DeMatties, David Whaley and Kim Wilcoxon Named 2023 Fellows
Thompson Hine LLP is pleased to announce that three partners in its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice were admitted as Fellows to the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC).
Dominic DeMatties, David Whaley and Kim Wilcoxon are among the 11 employee benefits lawyers selected nationally as Fellows by ACEBC. They join partner and practice group leader Julia Ann Love, who is currently admitted to ACEBC.
Induction into ACEBC is a national distinction that requires each nominee to have focused on employee benefits law for at least 20 years and to have demonstrated a sustained commitment to public awareness and understanding of benefits laws through such activities as writing, speaking, public policy analysis, public education or public service. Nominees also are required to have provided exceptionally high-quality professional services to clients, the bar and the public. Selection as a Fellow is a high honor reflecting substantive contributions to the field of employee benefits over one’s entire career.
