Session Three - Benefits Building Blocks for the Biden Administration
With existing legislation detailing bipartisan modifications to retirement plans and campaign promises of transforming Obamacare to include a public option, the Biden administration will be looking to strike a balance between legislation and executive branch action to implement reforms. We will look at the laundry list of matters on the table for reform and provide guidance on how employers can prepare for potential benefit program modifications.
