Alex is an associate in the firm’s Business Restructuring, Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy practice group. He focuses his practice on advising his clients on complex commercial transactions, workouts, and bankruptcy matters.

Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Alex served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Alan S. Trust of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. He evaluated the procedural sufficiency and substantive merits of motions, assisted in trial preparation, and conducted legal research.
