Our transactional team provides guidance on all facets of corporate matters (including M&A, securities, private equity and serving as outside local or general counsel), real estate transactions and financing, construction, commercial finance, structured finance, corporate trust, business restructuring and bankruptcy, and investment management. Our litigators advocate for and defend clients’ interests across the broad range of industries our firm represents, and in many types of business-critical disputes and enforcement actions, including complex commercial litigation and arbitration, securities and shareholder litigation, FINRA enforcement actions, product liability claims, and government enforcement, white collar defense, and regulatory matters.

Our New York office is home to many of the firm’s leaders, including the head of our Commercial & Public Finance group; the chairs or co-chairs of our Life Sciences, Public Companies, Securities & Shareholder Litigation and International practices; and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
