Amy is a counsel in the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation group. She focuses her practice on advising public and private companies on a range of employee benefits matters, including the design and administration of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation packages, incentive compensation and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements.

From 2014 to 2023, Amy served as an associate general counsel at a leading, globally integrated, full-line lift truck manufacturer, where she was responsible for legal oversight, counseling, and support of all aspects of global compensation and employee benefits. Prior to that, she worked at an Am Law 100 law firm in Cleveland where she advised clients on employee benefit plans and executive compensation matters. The combination of her years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel has given her valuable insight and a unique perspective on finding practical solutions for her clients.
