• Represented a national real estate investment company as purchaser and managed the purchase and financing of a portfolio of five multifamily assets in North Dakota from a servicer.
• Represented a national real estate investment company as purchaser and managed the purchase and financing of a multifamily asset in Atlanta involving a ground lease and phantom bonds transaction.
• Represented a national real estate investment company as seller and managed dispositions of numerous student housing assets nationally, including in North Carolina, Georgia, Texas and Nevada.
• Worked on a joint venture acquisition and development of a multifamily asset with retail and office space and parking lot in Washington, D.C.
• Represented owner of four large luxury residential buildings in New York City in a $506MM refinancing transaction with Freddie Mac.
• Represented a national real estate investment company as purchaser and managed the purchase and financing of a multifamily property in Florida, with agency financing, a leasehold mortgage and a reverse 1031 exchange.
