Brittany A.Mallow

Managing Associate

Brittany is a managing associate in the Labor & Employment practice group, where she advises employers on a broad range of legal issues. She assists clients with complex workplace disputes and guides them through legal issues that may arise during the employment relationship, from hiring through termination.

Brittany defends clients in administrative proceedings before federal and state agencies, including the EEOC, OSHA, BWC and OCRC. She also represents employers in federal and state courts in cases involving Title VII, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEOC, Title IX and OSHA, as well as in litigation regarding the enforcement of restrictive covenants and protection of trade secrets.

Additionally, Brittany provides guidance on day-to-day employment issues, including policies and handbooks, and prepares a wide range of employment agreements, including severance agreements, arbitration agreements, noncompetition agreements, and last-chance agreements.
