Emily G.Montion

Partner

Emily is a partner in the Business Litigation group. She focuses on complex commercial litigation and real estate disputes. An experienced trial and appellate lawyer, she has obtained victories for her clients in jury trials, bench trials, appeals and arbitrations in various jurisdictions. Emily’s practice includes a broad range of real estate related matters including commercial landlord/tenant disputes, failed real estate transactions and construction disputes.

While attending law school, Emily worked for the Ohio Innocence Project as a Fellow of the Rosenthal Institute for Justice.
