Jennifer, an associate in the Construction practice group, counsels owners, contractors and design professionals on a variety of construction projects. She assists in preparing project agreements and advises on risk management and claims avoidance and resolution. Jennifer’s experience includes drafting, reviewing and revising a broad range of agreements. She also has assisted on projects involving government incentives.

Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Jennifer worked at a boutique law firm, where she was actively involved in all facets of diverse real estate, real estate development, and construction practices. She coordinated with developers, engineers, and architects to ensure projects were on schedule and managed various land use projects, including opportunity zones.

While attending law school, Jennifer completed an externship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
