Joe is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Securities group. His practice focuses on advising clients on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, registered direct offerings, reverse mergers, tender offers, reporting and compliance under the securities laws, FINRA compliance, Blue Sky laws, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Joe represents both issuers and underwriters in public and private securities and capital markets transactions. He also represents activist investors and issuers in director nomination campaigns, proxy contests, and hostile takeovers.

Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Joe was an associate at a mid-sized firm based in New York where he supported the corporate & securities practice group. In association with a student honors program, Joe interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in their Enforcement Division, during law school.
