Jamar, a member of the Business Litigation and Government Contracts practice groups, is a seasoned litigator with significant state and federal trial experience who focuses his practice on solving problems for clients operating in the complex realm of government procurement. He provides counseling and litigation support to clients on everything from regulatory compliance to dispute resolution to responding to government investigations. 

In addition to advising government contractors, Jamar has handled complex commercial litigation, general contract disputes, business fraud lawsuits, government enforcement actions, and domestic public corruption investigations. His clients range from individuals and small businesses to some of the largest companies on the Fortune 500 list. In particular, Jamar has significant experience representing marketing and media agencies against claims from their former clients and competitors. In every instance, whether resolved through settlement, motion practice, or at trial, Jamar has effectively defended clients’ interests and helped them achieve their goals.
