Rebeccah is a partner in the Corporate Transactions & Securities group. Rebeccah’s practice focuses on middle-market transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations along with a variety of corporate governance matters, entity formations and general business counseling. She also focuses on a wide spectrum of health care transactions, including change of ownership analysis, for clients in regulated industries, including pharmacies, clinical laboratories, hospitals, and physician practices.
