Stasha is a managing associate in the Construction group, where she represents clients’ interests throughout the construction industry, with an emphasis on construction litigation. She has experience representing project owners, general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, and design professionals in a variety of matters, including breach of contract claims; mechanics’ lien foreclosures and defense actions; design negligence claims; and claims for delays, acceleration, and inefficiencies in state and federal courts as well as arbitration. She also has experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
Stasha has broad experience in disputes relating to a variety of construction projects, ranging from residential and commercial construction to complex infrastructure and heavy-industrial matters.
While attending law school, Stasha served as a legal intern for Judge Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
